Deposits & Withdrawals

Both happen in your private chat with Prysm: send /wallet. Prysm never asks you to deposit or withdraw in a group.

You send money straight to your Prysm wallet. It has two addresses: one for Solana and one for every EVM chain Prysm supports. They never change, so you can save them in your other wallet or exchange.

  1. Send /wallet. If you don’t have a wallet yet, this creates it.

  2. Under Your wallet · send here, tap the copy button next to the address for the chain you’re sending on.

  3. Send the coins from your other wallet or an exchange.

Address Chains Coins
Solana Solana USDC, SOL, USDT
EVM Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain ETH, USDC, USDT, BNB, POL

Everything you send converts automatically into USDC on Solana, your spendable balance, usually within a minute. USDC on Solana moves over as it is.

You never need a chain’s own coin for gas. The network, swap or bridge cost of a conversion comes out of the deposit itself. It is a pass-through cost, not a Prysm fee: Prysm takes no fee on deposits. A very small deposit waits and converts together with your next deposit of the same coin.

If you saved one of the older deposit addresses Prysm used to show, it still works: anything sent there reaches your wallet.

Prysm sends you a message, with the coin and its value, when a deposit arrives and when it has turned into USDC. If a conversion doesn’t go through, Prysm tells you and tries again by itself. Your coins stay in your wallet the whole time.

Coins that aren’t in the table are not converted to USDC. They stay in your Prysm wallet as they are, and Prysm doesn’t send a message for them. To sell a token, paste its address in your private chat with Prysm to open its card.

  1. Send /wallet and tap Withdraw.

  2. Pick the chain to send to, then whether to receive USDC or the chain’s own coin.

  3. Reply to Prysm’s message with the address to send to.

  4. Pick 25%, 50%, Max or Custom for the amount.

  5. Check the review: the address (shortened to fit one line; the copy badge next to it copies all of it), the chain, and roughly what arrives. Tap Withdraw. The same message then shows the withdrawal being sent and, once it is, Withdrawal sent with a link to the transaction.

Good to know:

  • Withdrawals can’t be undone. Check the address and the chain.
  • If the address is a contract, Prysm warns you and asks you to confirm that it can receive the coin on that chain.
  • If a Solana address has no USDC account yet, the small cost of opening one comes out of the amount. The review shows it.
  • There is a smallest withdrawal, shown on the amount screen, and a daily withdrawal limit per account.

To send USDC to another Prysm user instead, by their @username, see Send to Other Users.

If you have set a PIN, Prysm asks for it before each withdrawal, and the message you type it in is deleted straight away. Without a PIN there is no prompt: anyone who controls your Telegram account can withdraw, within the daily limit. The first time you open Withdraw without a PIN, Prysm may suggest setting one. See Set a PIN.

A withdrawal can be held instead of sent, for example when a support PIN reset happened in the last day, or when withdrawals are busy. Nothing leaves your wallet while it is held, and Prysm messages you when it moves.

If a withdrawal can’t be delivered, the amount goes back to your balance and Prysm tells you. If funds are on their way back to you, the Withdraw screen shows them with a Get help button.
