Privacy
This page covers the wallet and trading features. It lists what Prysm keeps, and who else sees what, so you can decide with the full picture.
What Prysm stores
Section titled “What Prysm stores”- Your Telegram user id, to know which wallet is yours.
- Your wallet addresses (one Solana address and one EVM address).
- Your trade settings: buy amounts, slippage limit and switches.
- Your orders, deposits and withdrawals: what you bought or sold, amounts, prices, fees, network costs, destination addresses and transaction links.
- Group rewards: which group a trade came from, the shares it earned and the payouts made.
- An audit trail of every trade, attempt, deposit and withdrawal, and of changes to Prysm’s access to your wallet, with the reason when something failed. This is the record of the money that moved through your wallet.
- Your PIN, if you set one, only as a salted scrypt hash combined with a secret held on the server. Prysm never stores the digits, and the message you type it in is deleted straight away.
Prysm never stores your private key, and never sees it. You own your wallet. Only you can export your key: when you do, Privy shows it to you in its own secure window, and it never passes through Prysm or the chat.
Who receives what
Section titled “Who receives what”| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Privy (wallet provider) | Creates and secures your wallets, signs the transactions you ask for, and shows you your key when you export it | A wallet per chain, owned by a Privy account that signs you in with your Telegram account (the Telegram account details Telegram shares when you sign in); the transactions to sign; your key export requests, which you make to Privy directly |
| Relay (swap and bridge provider) | Prices and routes trades, deposit conversions and cross-chain withdrawals | The tokens, chains and amounts of each trade or transfer, and the wallet addresses involved |
| Telegram | Delivers the bot’s messages | The messages between you and Prysm, as with any bot, including your receipts. Your key is never sent through Telegram messages |
Privy and Relay never receive your PIN. The message you type it in passes through Telegram like any other message, and Prysm deletes it straight away.
Transactions are also public on the blockchain, as they are for every wallet. Anyone can see your wallet addresses’ activity there.
How long it is kept
Section titled “How long it is kept”- Orders, deposits, withdrawals, rewards and the audit trail: kept indefinitely, as the money record. They are kept after you stop using trading.
- Your wallet addresses: for as long as the wallet exists, and with the audit trail after that.
- Your PIN hash: until you remove your PIN.
- Signed transaction data used while a trade is processed is deleted 30 days after the trade is finished; raw status messages from the swap and bridge provider are emptied after 90 days. The order itself, its amounts and its transaction ids stay in the money record above.
